Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of deepseeker.org and our products, including our AI chat assistant and data-analysis features (together, the "Service"), provided by DeepSeeker ("DeepSeeker", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

The Service

DeepSeeker provides an AI platform that combines a conversational AI chat assistant with deep-learning data analysis. The AI features are powered in part by third-party large language models, including models provided by DeepSeek. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account or sign in through a supported provider. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive content, or use the Service to generate such content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train competing models in violation of these Terms or our providers' terms.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate responses and analyses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unreliable, and may not reflect current information. Output is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice (including legal, financial, medical, or similar advice). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, and for how you use it. Because the AI features rely on third-party model providers, your use of those features is also subject to the providers' applicable terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate and provide the Service, including sending relevant content to third-party model providers to generate results. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit purchases are billed through our third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize us and our providers to charge your selected payment method. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the point of sale, payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits may be subject to expiration as described at purchase. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by DeepSeeker or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services, including AI model providers, payment processors, authentication providers, and analytics. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI output. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepSeeker and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepSeeker and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
